the 4-hour body diet experience

week #2 summary 

cracked once and had a chocolate bar instead of a meal - I felt like that was the only thing I could swallow, because I got nauseated from eating too few vegetables and too much protein (apparently this may happen on low carb/slow carb diets) 

other than that I feel pretty awesome, like nothing is weighing me down, and I don’t get tired/sleepy during the day like I used to before I started the 4-hr body 

/currently on day #16 and not keeping track of my weight - waiting for period to end, as tim ferris reccommends/
